Morgan Wallen is making waves once again, and his highly anticipated new album I’m the Problem hasn’t even dropped yet! Set to release on May 16th, the album is already making history.

The title I’m the Problem borrows a line famously sung by Taylor Swift in her hit Anti-Hero, and now Morgan’s making headlines for outdoing her, too.

His latest single, Just in Case, has landed at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, officially breaking the record for the most top 10 hits from an album before its release. That’s no small feat.

Here’s the rundown of the songs helping Morgan make history:

I’m the Problem – peaked at #2

Smile – peaked at #4

Love Somebody – reached #1

Lies, Lies, Lies – peaked at #7

Just in Case – now at #4

That makes five top 10s before the album’s even hit the shelves—beating out Taylor Swift’s Red (2012) and Post Malone’s Hollywood’s Bleeding (2019), both of which had four.

While Morgan now boasts 14 career top 10s on the Hot 100, he’s still got a little catching up to do with Taylor, who has a staggering 59. But make no mistake—Morgan’s blazing his own trail and setting new milestones for country artists along the way.
